It can also cause reduction of tank capacity due to its accumulation and increase treatment time and increase operating cost in treatment.
Therefore, it must be handled in the front or middle section during wastewater treatment. Effective removal of hard grits in water flow has become an indispensable part in wastewater treatment.

Product principle

This product is a vortex type quick sedimentation tank. A conventional sedimentation tank occupies a bigger area, it has unpredictable removal efficiency and is time and labor consuming with higher operating costs. The vortex type uses an agitating device at the bottom to allow wastewater to enter in the tangent line direction and separates grits by centrifugal force, thus allowing grits to settle in the lower central part. In addition, removal of the grit size can be controlled by the agitating speed.
