Product overview

The oil-water separator is using the difference of specific gravity of wastewater and oil to let oil particle float on top of water after slow flowing for some time and collision with the baffle.

In addition, separated grease is left at the oil-removing chamber for further cleaning. A hot water washing system is installed in the tank to clean regularly for preventing against deposits with grease accumulation.

Product features

1.The entire tank body is made of SUS304, sturdy and durable.
2.The absorbing height of the floating type absorber can be adjusted with the fluid level.
3.A diffuser tube is installed at the bottom to increase the floating de-grease effect.
4.The hot water spray-washing equipment is installed in the tank to prevent against deposits in the tank.
5.The entire equipment is controlled by PLC. Manual control is also available for a single item.

Gravity type oil-water separator

Equipment principle:

With the agglomeration media, small oil drops will accumulate into big drops, increasing the floating force and achieving the separation effect.

Product features:

1.By using the suspended material-absorbing device, floating oils and scum are absorbed.
2.The separation effect is up to 90% or more.
3.Resistant to acids and bases, easy to operate and get started.
4.Cyclic reverse washing is available, pressurized washing is not required.
5.Only small footprint is required.
